SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Still Haus. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and pack your order before shipment and does not include transit time.
During launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be extended.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date listed on the applicable product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is available unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional events or when a minimum purchase threshold is met. Any available free shipping offer and qualifying details will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the package. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
Tracking
When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Still Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.
Order Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@stillhaushome.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays or delivery issues may be outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or contacting the carrier when appropriate.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue.
